I recommend that you water your lawn a minimum of three times per week during the cooler months of the year. During July and August four to five times per week will insure that your lawn stays healthy and green.
How many minutes should I water each zone?
The length of time needed on each zone depends on the type of sprinkler installed. If you have one of the small pop up sprinklers, I recommend 10-12 minutes. For the medium size rotor sprinklers 15- 20 minutes are recommended. If you have the large rotor sprinklers a minimum of 20- 25 minutes would be adequate for proper coverage.
